Ok before you think I have gone mad, thats not my claim. I’d never suggest 18 clicks to profit but it is a bold statement being made by the publishers of the latest IM product currently flooding your inbox, Clickbank Predator or CB Predator for short.
The sales pages is suitably thin on detail, aside from stating that it doesn’t rely on the usual methods and is something different that can be done by anyone in 18 clicks.
Well, first up, let me talk about the price because that is always important, this retails at $67 and has a monthly $37 option, which you can of course cancel at anytime. Being a Clickbank product you get the standard 60 days money back deal, so no excuse for not trying it, right?
Right, so once inside you are presented with a dashboard, various menus items and a video. The video walks you through the process of launching your first site, which is pretty damn easy.
So what is it all about? In a nutshell, Clickbank Predator identifies (out of the box) 8 Clickbank products that you can promote. Each month you’ll get access to another 3 in you take the standard package at $37 a month, or 8 if you take the OTO (one time offer). The OTO gives you various other relevent items so its worth a look.
1st click then, you have picked your offer and you are off and running. Next up, its a “fill in the blanks” wizard that walks you through creating your site. You’ll need a clickbank account so you can plug in your ID and optional a Google Analtics account. Once you have typed in the basics, you get to creating your review page.
Now, this is split into different sections, and each section has some sample text which you need to re-write to make it unique (don’t copy and paste it)… so 9 sections, each with a paragraph or 2; I must admit to test it out I simply rushed it through The Best Spinner but I’d recommend you do it properly. I was simply testing CB Predator for this review.
Finally, you need to type in your domain details and FTP information in as to where you want to publish your site. In my case, I chose a sub-domain of an existing site as a test but you could potentially register a different domain for each.
If you need hosting try Hostgator as they are cheap and reliable; plus I recommend using Namecheap for domain registration and then point those domains at Hostgator.
So assuming you have got this far, and I’ll be honest I stopped counting clicks, but excluding all my cutting and pasting from The Best Spinner it was a pretty quick process.
The result? Well the secret is Clickbank Predator creates a WordPress blog complete with a chosen theme and plenty of plugins installed as standard. So a real timesaver for anyone not used to that Platform… if you have never installed WordPress before this makes it really simple and even if you have, this cuts out a lot of the admin… kind of like using Fantastico but rather than just creating the site, it adds the theme, plugin’s, etc.
So how does it look? Not bad really! I’m quite impressed, for newbie’s and those with a more advanced its a fun little tool and easy to use.
However, how about traffic? Well the plug-ins, which I need to look into in more detail, appear to be assisting with that… but like I say, hot off the press and I’ve not got into all the details yet.
Plus like many launches, there are a few areas still awaiting videos so I’ll be back shortly with more info. Whilst you wait, go and check out Clickbank Predator for yourself.
